Delivery across the UAE

Delivery charges and free-delivery eligibility depend on your destination, qualifying basket value and any product-specific delivery notice. Check your cart and checkout for the final delivery charge before placing your order.

Before you order

  • Review the pack size and availability shown on each product page.
  • Check any sourcing, preorder or additional delivery-time notice on the products in your basket.
  • Select the correct emirate and delivery address at checkout so the store can calculate the applicable delivery charge and free-delivery eligibility.

Returns and refunds

Please inspect fresh items when they are delivered. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains return eligibility, the inspection requirement and available refund methods.
