Customer satisfaction, being our prime focus, you can return the product at the time of delivery, if you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product. We will take the product back and issue a refund for the value of the returned products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of the payment made using credit or debit card may take 5-6 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Please note the Pre-cut items are not included under the Refund and Return policy.
You as a customer can cancel your order up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer care at 800 FreshLeaf. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order through the original mode of payment. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
We will send you the fresh stock or if you don’t want then we will refund your payment within 15 days, accordingly.
