While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues may occasionally arise — and we’re here to assist you promptly and transparently.

Returns at the Time of Delivery

If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of your items, you may return them immediately at the time of delivery. As our products are perishable, we request that you inspect the items in front of the delivery person.

Once the delivery is completed and the delivery person has left, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned immediately at the time of delivery

Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment or can be credited to your Fresh Leaf Wallet for future purchases, based on your preference.

  • Refunds will be processed within 24 hours to 10–14 working days, depending on your payment method and bank/payment gateway.

Partial Refunds

In cases where an order is edited after confirmation (e.g., item removed due to unavailability or customer request), the partial refund will be processed following the same timeframe and method as full refunds.

Advance Payments and Delivery Failures

If a customer has made an advance payment and a delivery attempt was made but not received (e.g., customer unavailable or unreachable), we reserve the right to deduct any applicable delivery charges or logistical expenses before issuing a refund

Replacements & Exchanges

If any item is defective, damaged, or not up to standard, please inform our delivery team on the spot or reach out to our support.
We’ll arrange for a replacement on the next available delivery slot in your area.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled any time before 10:00 PM on the same day the order was placed.
If canceled in time, any payments already made will be refunded using your original payment method.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Fresh Leaf reserves the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion — particularly in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Multiple high-risk transactions
  • Suspicious order patterns

In such cases, the customer will be informed, and any eligible payment will be refunded.
