Description

Kale microgreens are very young kale plants, harvested soon after germination and usually before their true leaves have grown in. Just like their mature counterparts, kale microgreens are part of the cabbage family, related to other healthy vegetables like cauliflower, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.
